These general terms and conditions of delivery apply to all products delivered to consumers by MyOlori. You can always read these conditions on our website and if you ask for them I will send them to you by email. 

Payments: MyOlori works for a secure payment environment together with partner Mollie BV This payment platform is integrated in the MyOlori webshop. Payment can be made via Bancontact / Mister Cash, Paypal, credit card or via online banking (KBC, ING or Belfius). More information about Mollie can be found at www.mollie.com Delivery MyOlori tries to ensure the fastest possible delivery. In the point below (Delivery time) we give an indication of our delivery times. However, these deadlines are indicative and are given as an indication only.
MyOlori cannot be held responsible for delays incurred beyond our control. The Buyer provides MyOlori with the delivery address. If this address is found to be incorrect, this is the responsibility of the Buyer and additional costs may be charged.
If the order has left us properly, but is lost at the shipping partner (MYParcell, in Belgium / PostNL, DHL and DPD), MyOlori cannot be held liable for this.

However, all parcels are sent insured.

Delivery time

For Belgium: as soon as we have received your payment, your order will be processed. Within 14 working days after receipt of your payment, we will send your package via the Post. The package will be placed in your letterbox by the postman, normally within 24 hours after shipment. You must be present at home for this. There is also the option to send the package to a collection point (in Belgium)
For the Netherlands: as soon as we have received your payment, your order will be processed. Within 14 working days after receiving your payment, we will send your package via the Post. If you are not present at the time of this delivery, you will receive a written notification in the letterbox and you can pick up your package yourself at the post office. If you want, you can of course always give yourself another address where you know someone will be there to take your package.
Rest of Europe: as soon as we have received your payment, your order will be processed. We will send your package within 14 working days after receipt of your payment, using Bpost. The package will be delivered to your home by the postman within 6 working days. If you are not present at the time of this delivery, you will receive a written notification in the letterbox and you can pick up your package at the post office. If you want, you can of course always give yourself another address where you know someone will be there to take your package.
MyOlori cannot be held liable for delays incurred in shipping by Bpost, DHL, DpD or PostNL. In accordance with the law “distance buying”, the maximum delivery time is thirty days, unless otherwise agreed. If this delivery period is not feasible, MyOlori must inform the Buyer in good time and the Buyer has the right to cancel the order, without additional costs. In that case, any amounts already paid will be refunded within thirty days
